The present invention improves vibration damping performance. The present invention is provided with: a movable element 10 that vibrates; a plate spring 40 that warps on the vibration direction side of the movable element 10; a supporting section 22d that supports the plate spring 40 on the vibration direction side; and a coil 30 that vibrates the movable element 10. The movable element 10 has a magnet 11 on the end section side in a vibration direction, the plate spring 40 has one end side that is connected to the movable element 10, and the other end side that is connected to the supporting section 22d, and has, between the one end side and the other end side, a warping piece 41 which comes close to and separates from the magnet 11 by warping with the vibration of the movable element 10. At least the warping piece 41 is formed of a magnetic material.

La présente invention permet d'améliorer les performances d'amortissement de vibration. L'invention comprend : un élément mobile (10) qui vibre ; un ressort à lames (40) qui se déforme sur le côté de la direction de vibration de l'élément mobile (10) ; une section de support (22d) qui supporte le ressort à lames (40) sur le côté de la direction de vibration ; et une bobine (30) qui fait vibrer l'élément mobile (10). L'élément mobile (10) a un aimant (11) sur le côté de section d'extrémité dans une direction de vibration, le ressort à lames (40) a un premier côté d'extrémité qui est connecté à l'élément mobile (10), et l'autre côté d'extrémité qui est connecté à la section de support (22d), et présente, entre le premier côté d'extrémité et l'autre côté d'extrémité, une pièce se déformant (41) qui se rapproche et se sépare de l'aimant (11) par déformation avec la vibration de l'élément mobile (10). Au moins la pièce se déformant (41) est formée d'un matériau magnétique.
