(EN) Provided is a laminate having exceptional flexibility and moisture resistance. This laminate is provided with a soft layer and an electronic device embedded in the soft layer, wherein the soft layer has a flexural modulus of 80-1000 MPa and a water vapor permeability at 40°C and 90% RH of 15 [g/(m2 • 24h) • 100 μm] or below.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un stratifié ayant une flexibilité et une résistance à l'humidité exceptionnelles. Ce stratifié est pourvu d'une couche souple et d'un dispositif électronique encastré dans la couche souple, la couche souple ayant un module de flexion de 80 à 1000 MPa et une perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau à 40 °C et 90 % RH de 15 [g/(m2 • 24h) • 100 μm] ou moins.
(JA) 可撓性および耐湿性に優れた積層体を提供する。本発明の積層体は、柔軟層と、該柔軟層により包埋された電子デバイスとを備える積層体であって、前記柔軟層は、曲げ弾性率が80MPa以上1000MPa以下であり、且つ、40℃90%RHにおける水蒸気透過度が15[g/(m・24h)・100μm]以下である。
