Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide: a copper alloy shaped structure which has higher mechanical strength and/or higher electrical conductivity/thermal conductivity; and a copper alloy powder which enables the production of this copper alloy shaped structure. [Solution] A copper alloy powder for additive manufacturing, which is composed of 1.1-20% by mass of Cr, 0-0.2% by mass of Zr, and the balance made up of Cu and unavoidable impurities. A copper alloy shaped structure which has a multilayer structure of a copper alloy, and wherein: the copper alloy is composed of 0.1-20% by mass of Cr, 0-0.2% by mass of Zr, and the balance made up of Cu and unavoidable impurities; and the electrical conductivity is 65% IACS or more at room temperature, or alternatively, the 0.2 proof stress is 150 MPa or more and the tensile strength is 300 MPa or more.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est d'obtenir : une structure façonnée en alliage de cuivre qui a une résistance mécanique supérieure et/ou une conductivité électrique/conductivité thermique supérieure ; et une poudre d'alliage de cuivre qui permet de produire cette structure façonnée en alliage de cuivre. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une poudre d'alliage de cuivre pour la fabrication additive, qui est constituée de 1,1 à 20 % en masse de Cr et de 0 à 0,2 % en masse de Zr, le complément étant constitué de Cu et d'impuretés inévitables. La structure façonnée en alliage de cuivre comporte une structure multicouche en alliage de cuivre, l'alliage de cuivre étant constitué de 0,1 à 20 % en masse de Cr et de 0 à 0,2 % en masse de Zr, le complément étant constitué de Cu et d'impuretés inévitables ; la conductivité électrique est supérieure ou égale à 65 % IACS à température ambiante ou, en variante, la limite d'élasticité conventionnelle à 0,2 est supérieure ou égale à 150 MPa et la résistance à la traction est supérieure ou égale à 300 MPa.
