Abstract:
(EN) To perform power-supply voltage control suited to the internal state of a memory. This memory controller is provided with a memory interface and a control unit. The memory interface is an interface for connection to the memory. The control unit has a function for dynamically controlling the power-supply voltage of the memory in accordance with memory addresses. The memory and the memory controller constitute a memory system. A host computer issues a memory access command to the memory system.
(FR) La présente invention permet d'effectuer une commande de tension d'alimentation adaptée à l'état interne d'une mémoire. Ce dispositif de commande de mémoire est pourvu d'une interface de mémoire et d'une unité de commande. L'interface de mémoire est une interface pour la connexion à la mémoire. L'unité de commande a une fonction pour commander de manière dynamique la tension d'alimentation de la mémoire conformément à des adresses de mémoire. La mémoire et le dispositif de commande de mémoire constituent un système de mémoire. Un ordinateur hôte émet une commande d'accès à la mémoire au système de mémoire.
