Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a pipe drilling tool for forming, in a pipe, a hole for introducing a non-oxidizing gas such as nitrogen, when joining pipes such as refrigerant pipes by brazing, wherein the pipe drilling tool has a compact configuration allowing operation thereof to be performed by the drilling tool being gripped by the hand of a user, in addition to which burrs are not readily generated, and cutting residue and burr residue are prevented from remaining inside the pipe. [Solution] A pipe drilling tool 1 according to the present invention performs drilling by pressing a convex blade 12 upward from the interior toward the exterior of a pipe P in such a way that the convex blade intersects a wall surface of the pipe P at right angles, and therefore a hole H is formed in such a way as to intersect the wall surface of the pipe P at right angles, thereby achieving a process with which burrs are not liable to be generated, and with which cutting residue and burr residue generated during drilling are expelled to the outside of the pipe P, making it possible to prevent said residues from remaining inside the pipe P. In addition, the pipe drilling tool 1 according to the present invention has relatively few component members, has a compact configuration with good operability allowing operation thereof to be performed by the user gripping a handle portion 3, 4, in addition to which the hole H can be opened using a simple means, and therefore workability is also good.
(FR) L'invention vise à procurer un outil de perçage de tuyau pour former, dans un tuyau, un trou pour introduire un gaz non oxydant tel que l'azote, lors de l'assemblage de tuyaux, tels que des tuyaux de réfrigérant, par brasage, l'outil de perçage de tuyau ayant une configuration compacte permettant son fonctionnement par la saisie de l'outil de perçage par la main d'un utilisateur, en plus de quoi des bavures ne sont pas facilement générées, et un résidu de coupe et un résidu de bavure sont empêchés de rester à l'intérieur du tuyau. A cet effet, la présente invention porte sur un outil de perçage de tuyau (1), lequel outil réalise un perçage par pression d'une lame convexe (12) vers le haut à partir de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur d'un tuyau (P) de telle sorte que la lame convexe coupe une surface de paroi du tuyau (P) à angle droit, et que, par conséquent, un trou (H) est formé de manière à croiser la surface de paroi du tuyau (P) à angle droit, de façon à effectuer ainsi un processus par lequel des bavures ne sont pas susceptibles d'être générées, et par lequel un résidu de coupe et un résidu de bavure générés pendant le perçage sont expulsés à l'extérieur du tuyau (P), de façon à rendre possible d'empêcher lesdits résidus de rester à l'intérieur du tuyau (P). De plus, l'outil de perçage de tuyau (1) selon la présente invention a relativement peu d'éléments constitutifs, il a une configuration compacte avec une bonne aptitude au fonctionnement, permettant au fonctionnement de celui-ci d'être effectué par la saisie par l'utilisateur d'une partie de poignée (3, 4), en plus de quoi le trou (H) peut être ouvert à l'aide d'un moyen simple, et, par conséquent, l'aptitude à l'usinage est également bonne.
(JA) 【課題】冷媒配管等の配管をろう付けにより接合するに際し、かかる配管に窒素等の非酸化性ガスを注入するための穴を形成するための配管用穴明け工具について、使用者が手で握って作業ができるコンパクトな構成であることに加えて、バリが生じにくく、配管の内部に削りカスやバリのカスが残ることを防止する配管用穴明け工具を提供すること。 【解決手段】 本発明に係る配管用穴明け工具1は、配管Pの内部から外部に向かって、配管Pの壁面に対して直交するように上方に凸刃12を押し当てて穴明けが行われるので、穴Hは、配管Pの壁面に対して直交するように形成され、バリが生じにくい加工となるとともに、穴明け時の削りカスやバリのカスが配管Pの外部に排出され、これらが配管Pの内部に残ることを防止することができる。加えて、本発明に係る配管用穴明け工具1は、構成部材が比較的少ない上、使用者がハンドル部3,4を握って作業できるコンパクトな構成で操作性がよく、また、簡便な手段で穴Hを明けることができるので、作業性も良好である。
