Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mold release film simultaneously satisfying the following: a defect inspection of a film to be transferred can be suitably performed; the mold release film can be easily identified; solvent resistance is good; and separability after heating is good. This mold release film for achieving the above purpose has the following configuration. Specifically, the mold release film has a mold release layer on at least one surface of a substrate film, wherein the haze value of the mold release film is 1.5% to 8.0%, and the mold release layer is a cured layer of an active energy ray curable composition including a compound that has an alkyl group containing 8 or more carbon atoms.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un film de démoulage satisfaisant simultanément les éléments suivants : une inspection de défaut d'un film à transférer peut être effectuée de manière appropriée ; le film de démoulage peut être facilement identifié ; la résistance aux solvants est bonne ; et la séparabilité après chauffage est bonne. L'invention concerne un film de démoulage permettant d'atteindre l'objectif précité ayant la configuration suivante. Spécifiquement, le film de démoulage a une couche de démoulage sur au moins une surface d'un film de substrat, la valeur de trouble du film de démoulage étant de 1,5 % à 8,0 %, et la couche de démoulage étant une couche durcie d'une composition durcissable par rayonnement d'énergie active comprenant un composé qui a un groupe alkyle contenant 8 atomes de carbone ou plus.
(JA) 本発明は、被転写膜の欠点検査を適切に行うことができこと、離型フィルムの識別性が良好であること、耐溶剤性が良好であること、および加熱後の剥離性が良好であることを同時に満足する、離型フィルムを提供することを目的とする。 かかる目的を達するための本発明の離型フィルムは以下の構成を有する。すなわち、基材フィルムの少なくとも一方の面に離型層を有する離型フィルムであって、ヘイズ値が1.5~8.0%であり、かつ前記離型層が炭素数8以上のアルキル基を有する化合物を含む活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化層である、離型フィルム、である。
