Abstract

[Problem] To provide a male thread section-attached component from which a sealing tape can be conveniently removed. [Solution] According to the present invention, a test plug 1A for piping work is provided with a groove 30, which is engraved therein and linearly extends in a direction (the axial direction of a male thread section 4) crossing thread peaks of the male thread section 4, on the outer circumferential surface which extends from the base end to the tip within the axial length of the male thread section 4. The groove 30 is formed to have a groove width of about 0.2-3.0 mm so that a blade such as a cutter or a cutting edge 22 such as a razor blade can be inserted from the outside of the male thread section 4 and moved in the longitudinal direction of the groove 30, and the groove bottom is formed to a depth equal to or greater than those of the valleys of the male thread section 4. In addition, the base end side of the groove 30 extends about 2-6 mm from the base end of the male thread section 4 toward a head section 3.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un composant attaché à une section de filetage mâle à partir duquel une bande d'étanchéité peut être facilement retirée. À cet effet, selon la présente invention, un bouchon d'essai 1A pour les travaux de tuyauterie est pourvu d'une rainure 30, qui est gravée à l'intérieur de celui-ci et qui s'étend linéairement dans une direction (la direction axiale d'une section de filetage mâle 4) croisant des pics de filetage de la section de filetage mâle 4, sur la surface circonférentielle externe qui s'étend de l'extrémité de base à la pointe à l'intérieur de la longueur axiale de la section de filetage mâle 4. La rainure 30 est formée de manière à avoir une largeur de rainure d'environ 0,2 à 3,0 mm de telle sorte qu'une lame telle qu'un dispositif de coupe ou une arête de coupe 22 telle qu'une lame de rasoir peut être insérée depuis l'extérieur de la section de filetage mâle 4 et déplacée dans la direction longitudinale de la rainure 30, et le fond de rainure est formé à une profondeur égale ou supérieure à celle des vallées de la section de filetage mâle 4.
