Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is characterized by being provided with: a hunting determination unit 2 for determining, from the control history of control apparatuses (300) in a power transmission/distribution system, whether there is occurrence of hunting regarding the respective control apparatuses (300); a time constant calculation unit (4) which, when the hunting determination unit (2) determines that there is occurrence of hunting in one or more control apparatuses (300), calculates an adjustment time constant such that the time constant of a control apparatus (300) whose magnitude of state information that indicates the states of the control apparatuses (300) is large, is increased; and a time constant transmission unit (5) for transmitting the adjustment time constant to the control apparatus (300).
(FR) La présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte : une unité de détermination de pompage 2 pour déterminer, à partir de l'historique de commande d'appareils de commande (300) dans un système de transmission/distribution d'énergie, si un pompage se produit ou non concernant les appareils de commande (300) respectifs ; une unité de calcul de constante de temps (4) qui, lorsque l'unité de détermination de pompage (2) détermine qu'un pompage se produit dans un ou plusieurs appareils de commande (300), calcule une constante de temps d'ajustement de telle sorte que la constante de temps d'un appareil de commande (300) dont l'amplitude d'informations d'états qui indiquent les états des appareils de commande (300) est grande, est accrue ; et une unité de transmission de constante de temps (5) pour transmettre la constante de temps d'ajustement à l'appareil de commande (300).
