(JA) 水中酸素溶解装置およびこれを用いた水中酸素溶解方法
Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a device for dissolving oxygen in water that can efficiently form bubbles in a liquid and can dissolve oxygen contained in these bubbles in a large volume of liquid in a short period of time while suppressing energy consumption; and a method for dissolving oxygen in water using the same. The device for dissolving oxygen in water is provided with: a box-shaped tank provided with a peripheral wall having a flow changing section that changes the direction of part of the flow of a first liquid, a base part that surrounds the peripheral wall, and drop holes provided on the base part; a first infusion pipe for infusing the first liquid into the box-shaped tank; a second infusion pipe for infusing a second liquid into the same; and a downward pipe linked to the drop holes. A first opening for the first infusion pipe opens above the inside of the flow changing section, and a second opening for the second infusion pipe opens above the drop holes.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un dispositif pour dissoudre de l'oxygène dans de l'eau qui peut former efficacement des bulles dans un liquide et peut dissoudre l'oxygène contenu dans ces bulles un grand volume de liquide dans une courte période de temps tout en supprimant la consommation d'énergie; et un procédé de dissolution d'oxygène dans de l'eau l'utilisant. Le dispositif de dissolution d'oxygène dans de l'eau comprend : un réservoir en forme de boîte pourvu d'une paroi périphérique ayant une section de changement d'écoulement qui change la direction d'une partie de l'écoulement d'un premier liquide, une partie de base qui entoure la paroi périphérique, et des trous de chute ménagés sur la partie de base; un premier tuyau de perfusion pour perfuser le premier liquide dans le réservoir en forme de boîte; un second tuyau de perfusion pour perfuser un second liquide dans celui-ci; et un tuyau vers le bas relié aux trous de chute. Une première ouverture pour le premier tuyau d'infusion s'ouvre au-dessus de l'intérieur de la section de changement d'écoulement, et une seconde ouverture pour le second tuyau d'infusion s'ouvre au-dessus des trous de chute.
(JA) 消費エネルギーを抑制可能でありながら、流体中での気泡の形成効率が良好であって、この気泡に含まれる酸素を大量の流体の中へ短時間に溶解させることが可能な水中酸素溶解装置およびこれを用いた水中酸素溶解方法を提供する。 水中酸素溶解装置は、第1の流体の一部の流れ方向を変化させる流れ変化部を有する周壁と、周壁で囲まれる底部と、底部に設けられる落下孔を備える箱型タンクと、第1の流体を箱型タンクの内部に注入する第1の注入管と、第2の流体を内部に注入する第2の注入管と、落下孔に連通する下降管を備え、第1の注入管は、第1の開口部が流れ変化部の内側の上方に開口し、第2の注入管は、第2の開口部が落下の上方に開口する。
