Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide an ink drying method and an ink drying device capable of suppressing oxidation of a base material coated with an ink while drying the ink. The present invention provides an ink drying device for drying ink (2) coated on the surface of a base material (1), said ink drying device comprising a drying chamber (10) wherein the base material (1) whereof the surface has been coated with the ink (2) is placed, a superheated steam generation unit (20) for turning the atmosphere inside the drying chamber (10) into a superheated steam atmosphere, and an atmosphere control unit (30) for controlling the amount of superheated steam inside the drying chamber (10).
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de séchage d'encre et un dispositif de séchage d'encre capables de supprimer l'oxydation d'un matériau de base revêtu d'une encre pendant le séchage de l'encre. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de séchage d'encre pour sécher de l'encre (2) appliquée sur la surface d'un matériau de base (1), ledit dispositif de séchage d'encre comprenant une chambre de séchage (10) dans laquelle est placé le matériau de base (1) dont la surface a été revêtue de l'encre (2), une unité de génération de vapeur surchauffée (20) pour faire circuler l'atmosphère à l'intérieur de la chambre de séchage (10) dans une atmosphère de vapeur surchauffée, et une unité de commande d'atmosphère (30) pour commander la quantité de vapeur surchauffée à l'intérieur de la chambre de séchage (10).
(JA) インクが塗布された基材の酸化を抑制しつつインクを乾燥することができるインク乾燥方法及びインク乾燥装置を提供する。インク乾燥装置は、基材(1)の表面に塗布したインク(2)を乾燥する装置であり、インク(2)を表面に塗布した基材(1)が配される乾燥室(10)と、乾燥室(10)内の雰囲気を過熱蒸気雰囲気とする過熱蒸気生成部(20)と、乾燥室(10)内の過熱蒸気の量を制御する雰囲気制御部(30)と、を備えている。
