Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a rubber composition for a tire having improved abrasion resistance and low loss property while maintaining processability. The rubber composition for a tire according to the present invention comprises (i) polybutadiene rubber, (ii) other rubber, and (iii) a rubber reinforcing material, the polybutadiene rubber including: a polybutadiene (A) satisfying the conditions in which the ratio (Tcp/ML) of the 5 wt% of a toluene solution viscosity to the Mooney viscosity is 2.5 or more, and the weight average molecular weight is 60.0x104 or more; and a polybutadiene (B) satisfying the conditions in which the ratio (Tcp/ML) of the 5 wt% of a toluene solution viscosity to the Mooney viscosity is 3.5 or less and the weight average molecular weight is 56.0x104 or less, wherein the polybutadiene (A)/the polybutadiene (B) is 10/90- 80/20.
(FR) L'invention fournit une composition de caoutchouc pour pneumatique qui tout en étant dotée de propriétés d'usinage, présente une amélioration en termes de résistance à l'usure et de propriétés de faibles pertes. La composition de caoutchouc pour pneumatique de l'invention contient un caoutchouc de polybutadiène (i), un autre caoutchouc (ii) et un matériau de renforcement de caoutchouc (iii). Lequel caoutchouc de polybutadiène (i) contient : un polybutadiène (A) qui satisfait des conditions telles que son rapport de viscosité de solution de toluène à 5 % en masse et de viscosité de Mooney (Tcp/ML) est supérieur ou égal à 2,5, et sa masse moléculaire moyenne en poids est supérieure ou égale à 60,0×10, et un polybutadiène (B) qui satisfait des conditions telles que son rapport de viscosité de solution de toluène à 5 % en masse et de viscosité de Mooney (Tcp/ML) est inférieur ou égal à 3,5, et sa masse moléculaire moyenne en poids est inférieure ou égale à 56,0×10, le rapport polybutadiène (A) / polybutadiène (B) étant compris entre 10/90 et 80/20.
(JA) 本発明は、加工性を保ちつつ、耐摩耗性及び低ロス性が改良されたタイヤ用ゴム組成物を提供する。本発明に係るタイヤ用ゴム組成物は、5重量%トルエン溶液粘度とムーニー粘度の比(Tcp/ML)が2.5以上、及び重量平均分子量が60.0×10以上の条件を満たすポリブタジエン(A)と、5重量%トルエン溶液粘度とムーニー粘度の比(Tcp/ML)が3.5以下、及び重量平均分子量が56.0×10以下の条件を満たすポリブタジエン(B)とを含み、前記ポリブタジエン(A)/前記ポリブタジエン(B)が、10/90~80/20であるポリブタジエンゴム(i)と、その他のゴム(ii)と、ゴム補強材(iii)とを含む。
