Abstract:
(EN) An inspection apparatus (800) reduces the signal intensity of a low-frequency component included in chronological data for the measured value of longitudinal force and generates chronological data for a high-frequency component of the longitudinal force. The inspection apparatus (800) calculates the amount of deviation in line on the basis of the chronological data for the high-frequency component of the longitudinal force.
