A numerical control system (1) according to the present invention comprises: a coordinate conversion unit (12) that controls drive shafts (21, 22) provided to a machine tool (2) that performs machining using a tool in accordance with a numerical control program, acquires the disturbance force or disturbance torque applied to the drive shafts (21, 22), converts the disturbance force or disturbance torque into a tool base coordinate system, and outputs the result; and an identification unit (17) that calculates a machining process parameter that determines the characteristics of a machining process model and a dynamic characteristics parameter that determines the characteristics of a dynamics model of the machine tool (2), the calculations being performed using the disturbance force or disturbance torque outputted from the coordinate conversion unit (12), the drive shaft state, a predetermined relational expression, and machining conditions. The relational expression defines the relationship of the machining process parameter, the dynamic characteristics parameter, and the disturbance force or disturbance torque.

La présente invention concerne un système de contrôle numérique (1) qui comprend : une unité de conversion de coordonnées (12) qui contrôle des arbres d'entraînement (21, 22) fournis à une machine-outil (2) qui effectue un usinage à l'aide d'un outil conformément à un programme de contrôle numérique, qui acquiert la force de perturbation ou le couple de perturbation appliqué aux arbres d'entraînement (21, 22), qui convertit la force de perturbation ou le couple de perturbation en un système de coordonnées de base d'outil, et qui délivre le résultat ; et une unité d'identification (17) qui calcule un paramètre de processus d'usinage qui détermine les caractéristiques d'un modèle de processus d'usinage et d'un paramètre de caractéristiques de dynamique qui détermine les caractéristiques d'un modèle de dynamique de la machine-outil (2), les calculs étant effectués à l'aide de la force de perturbation ou du couple de perturbation délivré par l'unité de conversion de coordonnées (12), de l'état d'arbre d'entraînement, d'une expression relationnelle prédéfinie et de conditions d'usinage. L'expression relationnelle définit la relation du paramètre de processus d'usinage, du paramètre de caractéristiques de dynamique, et de la force de perturbation ou du couple de perturbation.

本発明にかかる数値制御システム(1)は、数値制御プログラムに従い、工具を用いて加工を行う工作機械(2)に備わる駆動軸(21,22)を制御し、駆動軸(21,22)へ印加される外乱力または外乱トルクを取得し、外乱力または外乱トルクを工具基準座標系へ座標変換して出力する座標変換部(12)と、座標変換部(12)から出力される外乱力または外乱トルクと、駆動軸状態と、あらかじめ定められた関係式と、加工条件とを用いて、加工プロセスモデルの特性を決定する加工プロセスパラメータと工作機械(2)のダイナミクスモデルの特性を決定する動特性パラメータとを算出する同定部(17)と、を備え、関係式は、加工プロセスパラメータと動特性パラメータと外乱力または外乱トルクとの関係を定める関係式である。
