Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a maintenance management method and a maintenance management device (100) for a cast steel member (10) with which it is possible to weld a crack (12) using a welding material having excellent ductility and oxidation resistance in a high temperature and high pressure environment, without the need for preheating or post heat treatment. This maintenance management method includes: a welding material selecting step (S5) in which, if, in a crack growth predicting step (S3), the crack (12) is predicted to reach the depth of a required minimum wall thickness (TSR) of the cast steel member (10) at the next scheduled inspection of an electric power generation facility, a welding material of the same material as the cast steel member (10) is selected, and if the crack (12) is predicted not to reach the depth of required minimum wall thickness (TSR) of the cast steel member (10) a welding material (20) having nickel as the main component is selected; and a welding step (S7, S8) of arc welding the crack (12) using the welding material selected in the welding material selecting step (S5).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de gestion de maintenance et un dispositif de gestion de maintenance (100) pour un élément en acier moulé (10) avec lequel il est possible de souder une fissure (12) à l'aide d'un matériau de soudage ayant une excellente ductilité et une excellente résistance à l'oxydation dans un environnement de haute température et de haute pression, sans nécessiter de préchauffage ou de traitement thermique ultérieur. Ce procédé de gestion de maintenance comprend : une étape de sélection de matériau de soudage (S5) dans laquelle, si, dans une étape de prédiction de croissance de fissure (S3), il est prédit que la fissure (12) atteindra la profondeur d'une épaisseur de paroi minimale requise (TSR) de l'élément en acier moulé (10) lors de l'inspection planifiée suivante d'une installation de production d'énergie électrique, un matériau de soudage du même matériau que l'élément en acier moulé (10) est sélectionnée, et s'il est prédit que la fissure (12) ne pourra pas atteindre la profondeur d'épaisseur de paroi minimale requise (TSR) de l'élément en acier moulé (10) un matériau de soudage (20) comportant du nickel en tant que composant principal, est sélectionné ; et une étape de soudage (S7 S8) par soudage à l'arc de la fissure (12) à l'aide du matériau de soudage sélectionné dans l'étape de sélection de matériau de soudage (S5).
(JA) 予熱や後熱処理が必要でない上、高温高圧環境下での延性、耐酸化性に優れた溶接材料を用いた亀裂(12)の溶接が可能な、鋳鋼部材(10)の保守管理方法及び保守管理装置(100)を提供する。亀裂進展予測ステップ(S3)において、亀裂(12)が、発電設備の次回の点検予定時に、鋳鋼部材(10)の必要最小肉厚(TSR)の深さに達することが予測される場合には、鋳鋼部材(10)と同じ材質の溶接材料を選択し、鋳鋼部材(10)の必要最小肉厚(TSR)の深さに達しないことが予測される場合には、ニッケルを主成分とする溶接材料(20)を選択する溶接材料選択ステップ(S5)と、溶接材料選択ステップ(S5)において選択された溶接材料を用いて、亀裂(12)をアーク溶接する溶接ステップ(S7,S8)と、を有する保守管理方法。
