Abstract:
(EN) This electric motor is provided with a stator and a rotor. The stator has the following: a yoke that is disposed on the outer circumferential side of the stator which is formed in a ring shape; a plurality of teeth that protrude in the radial direction from the inner circumferential side of the yoke, the tips of the teeth protruding in the circumferential direction; an electrical wire that is wound around the teeth and through which current flows; and an insulating member that is disposed between the electrical wire and the teeth and that insulates the electrical wire, the yoke, and the teeth from each other. In winding the electrical wire around the insulating member, a constant load is applied, and a flat surface that is parallel to the winding surface of the insulating member is formed in the first layer of the electrical wire.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moteur électrique pourvu d'un stator et d'un rotor. Le stator comprend les éléments suivants : une culasse disposée sur le côté circonférentiel externe du stator qui présente une forme annulaire ; une pluralité de dents qui font saillie dans la direction radiale à partir du côté circonférentiel interne de la culasse, les pointes des dents faisant saillie dans la direction circonférentielle ; un fil électrique qui est enroulé autour des dents et à travers lequel circule le courant ; et un élément isolant qui est disposé entre le fil électrique et les dents et qui isole le fil électrique, la culasse et les dents les uns des autres. Lors de l'enroulement du fil électrique autour de l'élément isolant, une charge constante est appliquée, et une surface plane qui est parallèle à la surface d'enroulement de l'élément isolant est formée dans la première couche du fil électrique.
