Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a power conversion device in which even when a fuse part blows due to an overcurrent, smoke generation, burnout, and short-circuiting between a fuse member and surrounding members can be inhibited. A power conversion device (1), provided with: an electric power semiconductor element (14); an electrode wiring member (13); a casing (30); a fuse part (16) formed on the electrode wiring member (13); a fuse resin member (26) disposed between the fuse part (16) and the casing (30); and a sealing resin member (25) for sealing the electric power semiconductor element (14), the electrode wiring member (13), the fuse part (16), and the fuse resin member (26) in the casing (30).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de conversion de puissance dans lequel même lorsqu'une partie fusible explose du fait d'une surintensité, la génération de fumée, le brûlage et le court-circuit entre un élément fusible et des éléments environnants peuvent être inhibés. Un dispositif de conversion de puissance (1) comprenant : un élément semi-conducteur de puissance électrique (14) ; un élément de câblage d'électrode (13) ; un boîtier (30) ; une partie fusible (16) formée sur l'élément de câblage d'électrode (13) ; un élément de résine fusible (26) disposé entre la partie fusible (16) et le boîtier (30) ; et un élément de résine d'étanchéité (25) pour sceller l'élément semi-conducteur de puissance électrique (14), l'élément de câblage d'électrode (13), la partie fusible (16) et l'élément de résine de fusible (26) dans le boîtier (30).
