Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a conducting material comprising a carbon-based material selected from a diamond or an insulating diamond-like carbon, having a hydrogen- terminated surface and a layer of tungsten trioxide, rhenium trioxide, or chromium oxide coating said hydrogen-terminated surface. Such conducting materials are useful in the fabrication of electronic components, electrodes, sensors, diodes, field effect transistors, and field emission electron sources.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau conducteur comprenant un matériau à base de carbone sélectionné parmi un diamant ou un carbone de type diamant isolant, ayant une surface à terminaison hydrogène et une couche de trioxyde de tungstène, de trioxyde de rhénium ou d'oxyde de chrome recouvrant ladite surface à terminaison hydrogène. Ces matériaux conducteurs sont utiles dans la fabrication de composants électroniques, d'électrodes, de capteurs, de diodes, de transistors à effet de champ et de sources d'électrons à émission de champ.
