Abstract:
(EN) A method for calibrating a dyeing machine, comprising: for each of multiple colors: performing a maximizing stage to determine an effective maximum ink dispensing rate corresponding to an effective maximum colorimetric value for the dyeing machine; performing a linearizing stage, comprising: determining multiple ink dispensing rates for performing the linearizing stage by dividing the effective maximum ink dispensing rate into multiple intervals, calculating from the effective maximum colorimetric value, a linear correspondence between the multiple ink dispensing rates and multiple calculated colorimetric values, dyeing a set of substrates according to the multiple ink dispensing rates, acquiring color values of the dyed set of substrates, interpolating a non-linear correspondence between the multiple ink dispensing rates and the acquired color values, and mapping the linear correspondence to the non-linear correspondence.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'étalonnage d'une machine de teinture, comprenant : pour chaque couleur parmi de multiples couleurs : la réalisation d'une étape de maximisation pour déterminer une vitesse de distribution d'encre maximale efficace correspondant à une valeur colorimétrique maximale efficace de la machine de teinture ; la réalisation d'une étape de linéarisation, comprenant : la détermination de multiples vitesses de distribution d'encre permettant de réaliser l'étape de linéarisation par division de la vitesse de distribution d'encre maximale efficace en de multiples intervalles, le calcul, à partir de la valeur colorimétrique maximale efficace, d'une correspondance linéaire entre les multiples vitesses de distribution d'encre et les multiples valeurs colorimétriques calculées, la teinture d'un ensemble de substrats selon les multiples vitesses de distribution d'encre, l'acquisition de valeurs de couleur de l'ensemble de substrats teint, l'interpolation d'une correspondance non linéaire entre les multiples vitesses de distribution d'encre et les valeurs de couleur acquises, et le mappage de la correspondance linéaire avec la correspondance non linéaire.
