Abstract:
(EN) A manufacturing machine (8) for the production of disposable cartridges (1) for electronic cigarettes; the manufacturing machine (8) has: a manufacturing drum (9; 13) which supports at least one group (11; 15) of first seats (12; 16), each adapted to receive a component (2; 7) of the disposable cartridge (1); and a feeding unit (17; 21) which feeds the components (2; 7) of the disposable cartridges (1) to the first seats (12; 16). The feeding unit (17; 21) has a feeding drum (28; 85) which supports at least one group (30; 87) of fingers (31; 88) side-by-side one another, each having at least a second seat (32; 89), which is adapted to receive a component (2; 7). The group (30; 87) of fingers (31; 88) is adapted to receive the components (2; 7) in an insertion station (S8; S9) and is adapted to release the components (2; 7) to the first seats (12; 16) of the manufacturing drum (9; 13) in a feeding station (S1; S5). Each finger (31; 88) is mounted on the feeding drum (28; 85) so as to translate relative to the feeding drum (28; 85) along a separating direction (D1) in order to move away from or closer to the adjacent fingers (31; 88). An actuator device (33; 90) is provided which moves the fingers (31; 88) along the separating direction (D1) so as to arrange the fingers (31; 88) at a first mutual distance in the insertion station (S8; S9) and at a second mutual distance, which is different from the first mutual distance, in the feeding station (S1; S5).
(FR) L'invention concerne une machine de fabrication (8) destinée à la production de cartouches jetables (1) de cigarettes électroniques. La machine de fabrication (8) comprend : un tambour de fabrication (9; 13) qui porte au moins un groupe (11; 15) de premiers logements (12; 16), chacun étant conçu pour recevoir un élément (2; 7) de la cartouche jetable (1); et une unité d'alimentation (17; 21) qui fournit les éléments (2; 7) de cartouches jetables (1) aux premiers logements (12; 16). L'unité d'alimentation (17; 21) comporte un tambour d'alimentation (28; 85) qui porte au moins un groupe (30; 87) de doigts (31; 88) les uns à côté des autres, chaque doigt ayant au moins un second logement (32; 89), qui est conçu pour recevoir un élément (2; 7). Le groupe (30; 87) de doigts (31; 88) est conçu pour recevoir les éléments (2; 7) dans un poste d'insertion (S8; S9) et est conçu pour libérer les éléments (2; 7) vers les premiers logements (12; 16) du tambour de fabrication (9; 13) dans un poste d'alimentation (S1; S5). Chaque doigt (31; 88) est monté sur le tambour d'alimentation (28; 85) de manière à se déplacer en translation par rapport au tambour d'alimentation (28; 85) le long d'une direction de séparation (D1) afin de s'éloigner ou de se rapprocher des doigts adjacents (31; 88). Un dispositif actionneur (33; 90) déplace les doigts (31; 88) le long de la direction de séparation (D1) de façon à placer les doigts (31; 88) à une première distance les uns des autres dans le poste d'insertion (S8; S9) et à une seconde distance les uns des autres, la seconde distance étant différente de la première distance, dans le poste d'alimentation (S1; S5).
