Abstract:
(EN) A method (1) for positioning items (O) in a box (B), comprising the steps of a) providing a list (L1) of items (O1, O2, O3), b) providing a list (L2) of boxes (B1, B2, B3) designed to contain the items (O), (c) providing dimensional data (D') for each item (O), d) providing position-restricting data (D") for each item (O), (e) providing means (2) for assembling the boxes (B), (f) providing means (3) for placing each item (O) into a main box (Bp), g) providing a control unit (4) connected to the means (2, 3) and having an algorithm (6) for selecting the box (B) and the way of introducing the items (O) in the box (B), (h) applying the algorithm (6) to select a main box (Bp) having a minimum size to contain the items (O) while minimizing the empty space, and to determine the order of introduction, the position and rotation of the items (O) and (i) applying the algorithm (6). The step h) comprises one step of j) calculating the contact surface areas (Sc) of each item (O) to maintain the contact surface area (Sc) above a minimum threshold (Sm), thereby ensuring stable positioning and reducing the volume of the filler (R). A system for positioning items (O) in at least one box (B).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé (1) pour placer des articles (O) dans une boîte (B), comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) fournir une liste (L1) d'articles (O1, O2, O3); b) fournir une liste (L2) de boîtes (B1, B2, B3) conçues pour contenir les articles (O); c) fournir des données dimensionnelles (D') pour chaque article (O); d) fournir des données de restriction de position (D") pour chaque article (O); e) fournir des moyens (2) pour assembler les boîtes (B); f) fournir des moyens (3) pour placer chaque article (O) dans une boîte principale (Bp); g) fournir une unité de commande (4) connectée aux moyens (2, 3) et ayant un algorithme (6) pour sélectionner la boîte (B) et la manière d'introduction des articles (O) dans la boîte (B); h) appliquer l'algorithme (6) pour sélectionner une boîte principale (Bp) ayant une taille minimale pour contenir les articles (O) tout en minimisant l'espace vide, et pour déterminer l'ordre d'introduction, la position et la rotation des articles (O) et (i) appliquer l'algorithme (6). L'étape h) comprend une étape j) qui consiste à calculer l'étendue de surface de contact (Sc) de chaque article (O) pour maintenir l'étendue de surface de contact (Sc) au-dessus d'un seuil minimal (Sm), ce qui permet d'assurer un positionnement stable et de réduire le volume de la charge (R). L'invention concerne également un système de positionnement d'articles (O) dans au moins une boîte (B).
