Abstract:
(EN) Method and device for calculating an indicator indicative of stress and device for on-line detecting stress using individual heart beat ECG features of data acquired from a subject, comprising: obtaining a data sample of each heart beat individually from the acquired data; calculating the fiducial features from each said data sample; classifying each data sample as indicative of stressed or not-stressed, using a pretrained classifier which was previously trained using the same fiducial heart beat features from previously acquired reference data samples from individual heart beats, determining an indication of stress as detected when at least one data sample is classified as stressed. Stress can be determined as detected when one data sample is classified as stressed over a time duration of: only one heart beat and the RR distance between said one heart beat and the previous heart beat.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de calculer un indicateur indiquant un stress et un dispositif permettant de détecter en ligne un stress à l'aide de caractéristiques ECG de battement de cœur individuel de données acquises à partir d'un sujet, consistant : à obtenir un échantillon de données de chaque battement de cœur individuellement à partir des données acquises; à calculer les caractéristiques de repère à partir de chacun desdits échantillons de données; à classifier chaque échantillon de données comme indiquant un stress ou une absence de stress, à l'aide d'un classificateur pré-formé, qui a été précédemment formé à l'aide des mêmes caractéristiques de battement de cœur de repère à partir d'échantillons de données de référence précédemment acquis à partir de battements de cœur individuels, ce qui permet de déterminer une indication de stress telle qu'il est détecté lorsqu'au moins un échantillon de données est classé comme étant soumis à un stress. Le stress peut être déterminé comme étant détecté lorsqu'un échantillon de données est classé comme étant soumis à un stress sur une durée de : seulement un battement de cœur et la distance RR entre ledit battement de cœur et le battement de cœur précédent.
