(FR) DISPOSITIF ET PROCÉDÉ DE DIAGNOSTIC POUR ÉLECTROVANNES
Abstract:
(EN) A diagnostic method for solenoid valves comprises the steps of: a) detecting,, at the excitation of the solenoid, the rate of variation over time (dV/dt) of the supply voltage of the solenoid and comparing it with a predetermined value; b) if said variation rate is less than said predetermined value, generating an error signal, otherwise, c) detecting the characteristics of the waveform of the solenoid current over a time interval between the solenoid's moment of excitation and the moment wherein the movable core reaches the end-stroke position; d) comparing the characteristics of the waveform detected with predetermined threshold values; e) if the detected characteristics are less than said predetermined threshold, values, generating an. alarm signal, otherwise f) when the solenoid current is in steady state, calculating the value of solenoid resistance (R) and comparing it with a predetermined minimum resistance value (R0) and with a predetermined maximum resistance value (R1); g) if the value of the solenoid resistance (R) is less than the predetermined minimum resistance value (R0) or greater than the predetermined maximum resistance value (R1), generating an alarm signal.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic pour électrovannes dont les étapes consistent : a) à détecter, lors de l'excitation du solénoïde, le taux de variation dans le temps (dV/dt) de la tension d'alimentation du solénoïde et à le comparer à une valeur préétablie; b) si ledit taux de variation est inférieur à ladite valeur préétablie, à générer un signal d'erreur, sinon, c) à détecter les caractéristiques de la forme d'onde du courant de solénoïde durant un intervalle de temps entre le moment d'excitation du solénoïde et le moment auquel le noyau mobile atteint la position de fin de course; d) à comparer les caractéristiques de la forme d'onde détectée à des valeurs de seuil préétablies; e) si les caractéristiques détectées sont inférieures auxdites valeurs de seuil préétablies, à générer un signal d'alerte, sinon f) lorsque le courant de solénoïde est à l'état stable, à calculer la valeur de résistance de solénoïde (R) et à la comparer à une valeur de résistance minimale (R0) préétablie et à une valeur de résistance maximale (R1) préétablie; g) si la valeur de la résistance de solénoïde (R) est inférieure à la valeur de résistance minimale (R0) préétablie ou supérieure à la valeur de résistance maximale (R1) préétablie, à générer un signal d'alerte.
