(FR) DISPOSITIF ET PROCÉDÉ DE DIAGNOSTIC POUR ÉLECTROVANNES
Abstract:
(EN) A diagnostic method for diagnosing a malfunction of a solenoid valve comprises the steps of: a) storing in a non-volatile memory register the reference features of the waveform of the solenoid current, b) detecting the features of the waveform of the solenoid current during the operation of the solenoid valve; c) comparing the reference features with the detected features; a) in the event of a deviation between the value of the features detected and the value of the reference features, comparing the value of the fluid pressure entering the solenoid valve inlet orifice with a predetermined range of pressure values; e) in the case of deviation of the pressure value with respect to said predetermined range of pressure values, adjusting' the pressure value and repeating steps b) and c); f) in the event of a deviation between the value of the features detected and the value of the reference and fluid pressure features within the range of predetermined pressure values, generating an alarm signal due to malfunction of the solenoid valve.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic pour diagnostiquer un dysfonctionnement d'une électrovanne comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) stocker dans un registre mémoire non volatile les caractéristiques de référence de la forme d'onde du courant de solénoïde ,b) détecter les caractéristiques de la forme d'onde du courant de solénoïde pendant le fonctionnement de l'électrovanne ; c) comparer les caractéristiques de référence aux caractéristiques détectées ; a) en cas d'écart entre la valeur des caractéristiques détectées et la valeur des caractéristiques de référence, comparer la valeur de la pression de fluide entrant dans l'orifice d'entrée d'électrovanne avec une plage prédéterminée de valeurs de pression ; e) en cas d'écart de la valeur de pression par rapport à ladite plage prédéterminée de valeurs de pression, ajuster la valeur de pression et répéter les étapes b) et c) ; f) en cas d'écart entre la valeur des caractéristiques détectées et la valeur des caractéristiques de pression de référence et de fluide dans la plage de valeurs de pression prédéterminées, générer un signal d'alarme en raison d'un dysfonctionnement de l'électrovanne.
