Abstract:
(EN) A method comprising computing a plurality of curved, wherein the curved lines correspond to a boundary of a graphical shape, computing buffers, and subdividing the curved lines to form a plurality of monotonic curved lines, computing a polygon for each curved line, wherein each polygon covers a line segment, calculating a signed distance for each pixel between the pixel and a point on the line segment extending across the relevant polygon that is closest to the pixel, reading from the buffer a stored signed distance for the relevant pixel and if the signed distance is less than the stored signed distance, writing the signed distance to the distance buffer, using the one or more signed distances to calculate one or more blending factors and using the one or more blending factors to blend the polygon thereby rendering the graphical shape.
(FR) Un procédé comprend : le calcul d'une pluralité de lignes courbes, les lignes courbes correspondant à une limite d'une forme graphique ; le calcul de mémoires tampons et la subdivision des lignes courbes pour former une pluralité de lignes courbes monotoniques ; le calcul d'un polygone pour chaque ligne courbe, chaque polygone recouvrant un segment de ligne ; le calcul d'une distance signée pour chaque pixel entre le pixel et un point sur le segment de ligne s'étendant à travers le polygone pertinent qui est le plus proche du pixel ; la lecture dans la mémoire tampon d'une distance signée stockée pour le pixel pertinent et, si la distance signée est inférieure à la distance signée stockée, l'écriture de la distance signée dans la mémoire tampon de distance ; l'utilisation de la ou des distances signées pour calculer un ou plusieurs facteurs de mélange et l'utilisation du ou des facteurs de mélange pour mélanger le polygone, ce qui permet de rendre la forme graphique.
