Abstract:
(EN) A process is disclosed for the hydrogenation of a compound comprising an α,β-unsaturated carbonyl group to form a compound comprising an allyl alcohol group, wherein the hydrogenation is carried out in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst, hydrogen gas and an inorganic base in a solvent, wherein the solvent is essentially free of water and the hydrogenation catalyst is an iron-, ruthenium- or osmium-containing complex of Formula (III), (IV), (V) or (VI) as described in the description.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'hydrogénation d'un composé comprenant un groupe carbonyle α,β-insaturé pour former un composé comprenant un groupe alcool allylique, l'hydrogénation étant effectuée en présence d'un catalyseur d'hydrogénation, d'hydrogène gazeux et d'une base inorganique dans un solvant, le solvant étant essentiellement exempt d'eau et le catalyseur d'hydrogénation étant un complexe contenant du fer, du ruthénium ou de l'osmium de formule (III), (IV), (V) ou (VI) comme décrit dans la description.
