Abstract:
(EN) The method can be used to disassemble a photovoltaic module (1) comprising a first protection element (2) forming a front face of the photovoltaic module (1), a second protection element (3) forming a rear face of the photovoltaic module (1), photovoltaic cells (4) arranged between the first protection element (2) and the second protection element (3), a casing (5) encapsulating the photovoltaic cells (4), said casing (5) linking the first protection element (2) to the second protection element (3). The disassembly method comprises a step (E2) of removing the second protection element (3) comprising: - a step (E2-1) of removing part (9) of the casing (5) by using a beam (10) of energetic particles from a cutting head (11) to detach the second protection element (3) from the photovoltaic cells (4), - a step (E2-2) of gradually moving the second protection element (3) away from the photovoltaic cells (4) as the step (E2-1) of removing the part (9) of the casing (5) progresses.
(FR) Le procédé permet de désassembler un module photovoltaïque (1) comportant un premier élément de protection (2) formant une face avant du module photovoltaïque (1), un deuxième élément de protection (3) formant une face arrière du module photovoltaïque (1), des cellules photovoltaïques (4) agencées entre le premier élément de protection (2) et le deuxième élément de protection (3), une enveloppe (5) d'encapsulation des cellules photovoltaïques (4), ladite enveloppe (5) reliant le premier élément de protection (2) au deuxième élément de protection (3). Le procédé de désassemblage comporte une étape de retrait (E2) du deuxième élément de protection (3) comportant : - une étape d'enlèvement (E2-1) d'une partie (9) de l'enveloppe (5) en utilisant un faisceau (10) de particules énergétiques issu d'une tête de découpe (11) pour désolidariser le deuxième élément de protection (3) par rapport aux cellules photovoltaïques (4), - une étape d'écartement (E2-2) progressif du deuxième élément de protection (3) par rapport aux cellules photovoltaïques (4) au fur et à mesure de l'avancement de l'étape d'enlèvement (E2-1) de la partie (9) de l'enveloppe (5).
