Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an electromagnetic radiation detector (200) including: a microplate (103) that is suspended above a semiconductor substrate (101) by thermally insulating arms (105a, 05b), the microplate comprising a converter element for converting electromagnetic radiation into thermal energy and a thermometer that is thermally coupled to the converter element; and an inductor (201) that is arranged to apply a magnetic field (B) to the microplate and/or to the thermally insulating arms.
