Abstract:
(EN) High blood levels of very low density lipoprotein lipids (VLDLs) and glycoprotein acyl (Glyc A) are known to increase risk of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, inflammations, cognitive impairments, cancers and premature deaths in sedentary persons. The invention determines physical activity thresholds of daily steps and accelerations to reduce plasma concentrations of VLDLs and Glyc A. The method and device is an accelerometer recording and classifying numbers of steps and accelerations and comparing the person's steps and accelerations with those shown to reduce VLDLs and Gly A. The invention is characterized in that if the daily number of accleration maxima exceeds the given threshold of 2980 steps in the acceleration range 1.3 - 1.7 g, the person has performed physical activity, typically known to reduce circulating VLDLs and Glyc A.
(FR) Des concentrations sanguines élevées de lipides lipoprotéine de très faible densité (VLDL) et glycoprotéine acyle (Glyc A) sont connues pour augmenter le risque de diabète, de maladies cardiovasculaires, d'inflammations, de troubles cognitifs, de cancers et de décès prématurés chez des personnes sédentaires. L'invention détermine des seuils d'activité physique de pas quotidiens et d'accélérations pour réduire les concentrations plasmatiques de VLDL et Glyc A. Le procédé et le dispositif sont un accéléromètre enregistrant et classant des nombres de pas et d'accélérations et comparant les pas et les accélérations de la personne à ceux présentés pour réduire les VLDL et Gly A. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que, si le nombre quotidien de maxima d'accélérations dépasse le seuil donné de 2980 pas dans la plage d'accélération 1,3-1,7 g, la personne a effectué une activité physique, typiquement connue pour réduire les VLDL et Glyc A en circulation.
