Vorrichtung (1) zum Umformen von Kunststoffvorformlingen (10) zu Kunststoffbehältnissen (20) mit einem beweglichen Träger (2), an dem eine Vielzahl von Umformungsstationen (4) angeordnet ist, welche dazu geeignet und bestimmt sind, die Kunststoffvorformlinge (10) durch Beaufschlagung mit einem fließfähigen Medium zu den Kunststoffbehältnissen (20) umzuformen, und mit wenigstens einer Transporteinrichtung (12), welche die Kunststoffvorformlinge zu den Umformungsstationen (4) entlang eines vorgegebenen Transportpfads transportiert und mit wenigstens einer zweiten Transporteinrichtung (32), welche die umgeformten Kunststoffbehältnisse nach dem Umformungsvorgang weiter transportiert. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Vorrichtung eine Markierungseinrichtung (6) auf, welche in der Transportrichtung der Kunststoffvorformlinge (10) vor den Umformungsstationen (4) angeordnet ist und welche wenigstens einen Teil der Kunststoffvorformlinge (1) mit einer Markierung (40) versieht, sowie eine Behältnisinspektionseinrichtung (8), welche in der Transportrichtung der Kunststoffbehältnisse (20) nach den Umformungsstationen (4) angeordnet ist und welche dazu geeignet und bestimmt, ist, wenigstens einen Teil der von der Markierungseinrichtung (6) erzeugten Markierung (40) zu inspizieren.

The invention relates to a device (1) for molding plastic preforms (10) into plastic containers (20), comprising a movable support (2), on which a plurality of molding stations (4) are arranged that are suitable for and designed to mold the plastic preforms (10) into the plastic containers (20) by supplying a flowable medium; at least one transport device (12), which transports the plastic preforms to the molding stations (4) along a specified transport path; and at least one second transport device (32), which further transports the molded plastic containers after the molding process. According to the invention, the device has a marking device (6) which is arranged upstream of the molding stations (4) in the transport direction of the plastic preforms (10) and provides at least some of the plastic preforms (1) with a marking (40), and a container inspection device (8), which is arranged downstream of the molding stations (4) in the transport direction of the plastic containers (20) and is suitable for and designed to inspect at least one part of the marking (40) generated by the marking device (6).

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour le formage de préformes en matériau synthétique (10) en récipients en matériau synthétique (20), présentant un support mobile (2), sur lequel sont disposés une multitude de postes de formage (4), qui sont appropriés pour et destinés à transformer les préformes en matériau synthétique (10) en récipients en matériau synthétique (20) en les soumettant à un milieu pouvant s'écouler et présentant au moins un dispositif de transport (12) qui transporte les préformes en matériau synthétique vers les postes de formage (4) le long d'une voie de transport prédéfinie et présentant au moins un deuxième dispositif de transport (32) qui transporte plus loin les récipients en matériau synthétique transformés après le processus de formage. Selon l'invention, le dispositif présente un dispositif de marquage (6) qui est disposé en amont des postes de formage (4) dans le sens du transport des préformes en matériau synthétique (10) et qui pourvoit au moins une partie des préformes en matériau synthétique (1) d'un marquage (40), ainsi qu'un dispositif d'inspection de récipients (8) qui est disposé en aval des postes de formage (4) dans le sens du transport des récipients en matériau synthétique (20) et qui est approprié pour et destiné à inspecter au moins une partie du marquage (40) généré par le dispositif de marquage (6).
