Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing a radome for a radar of a vehicle made from two thermoplastic materials and provided with a film (3), using a mould comprising a first part (10) and a second part (20), the two parts (10, 20) delimiting a first moulding chamber (100), the method comprising the following steps: - depositing the film (3) on a wall (21) of the second part (20); - closing the mould for a first time; - injecting a first thermoplastic material into the first moulding chamber (100) in order to obtain a first overmoulded layer (1) on the film (3), - opening the mould, - closing the mould for a second time in such a way as to form a second moulding chamber (200) by using a third part (30) delimiting, with the first part (10), the second moulding chamber (200) - injecting a second thermoplastic material into the second moulding chamber (200) in order to obtain a second overmoulded layer (2) on the film (3), the film (3) being positioned between the first and second overmoulded layers 1, 2.
(FR) Procédé de fabrication d'un radôme pour un radar d'un véhicule réalisée en deux matériaux thermoplastiques et munie d'un film (3), à l'aide d'un moule comprenant une première partie (10) et une seconde partie (20), les deux parties (10, 20) délimitant une première chambre de moulage (100), le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - dépôt du film (3) sur une paroi (21) de la seconde partie (20); - première fermeture du moule; - injection d'une première matière thermoplastique dans la première chambre de moulage (100) pour obtenir une première couche surmoulée (1) sur le film (3), - ouverture du moule, - seconde fermeture du moule de façon à former une seconde chambre de moulage (200) en utilisant une troisième partie (30) délimitant avec la première partie (10) la seconde chambre de moulage (200) - injection d'une seconde matière thermoplastique dans la seconde chambre de moulage (200) pour obtenir une seconde couche surmoulée (2) sur le film (3), le film (3) étant positionné entre les première et seconde couches surmoulées 1, 2.
