Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producinga chiral amine, performing a transamination reaction of a prochiral amino acceptor and an amino donor in a first solution in the presence of a transaminase, thereby forming a chiral amine and a co-product in said first solution, characterized in that said amino donor is a high molecular weight (HMW) amino donor, the molecular weight of the HMW amino donor being at least 150 g/mol; or said amino donor is affixed on a support, the total molecular weight of the amino donor and the support being at least 150 g/mol.A device for producing and separating a chiral amine is provided as well.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une amine chirale, mettant en œuvre une réaction de transamination d'un accepteur d'amine prochirale et d'un donneur d'amine dans une première solution en présence d'une transaminase, formant ainsi une amine chirale et un co-produit dans ladite première solution, caractérisé en ce que ledit donneur d'amine est un donneur d'amine de poids moléculaire élevé (HMW), le poids moléculaire du donneur d'amine HMW étant d'au moins 150 g/mol; ou ledit donneur d'amine étant fixé sur un support, le poids moléculaire total du donneur d'amine et du support étant d'au moins 150 g/mol. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de production et de séparation d'une amine chirale.
