Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to modified fluorinated poly(arylene ether ketone)s that can be crosslinked to produce high performance thermoset useful for semiconductor application with low dielectric constant. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing said modified fluorinated poly(arylene ether ketone)s prepared via chemical transformation of carbonyl groups to hydroxyl pendant groups and following thermal curing.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des polyarylène-éther-cétones fluorées modifiées qui peuvent être réticulées pour produire un thermodurci à haute performance utile pour une application de semi-conducteur avec une faible constante diélectrique. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication desdites polyarylène-éther-cétones fluorées modifiées préparées par transformation chimique de groupes carbonyle en groupes hydroxyle pendants après durcissement thermique.
