Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zur Rundlaufmessung einer Innenverzahnung eines Bauteils, insbesondere einer Welle, wobei die Vorrichtung zumindest ein Ermittlungssegment zum Ermitteln einer Rundlaufabweichung aufweisend - eine Spindeleinheit umfassend eine Abgriffsspindel mit einem an einem ersten Ende der Abgriffsspindel angeordneten Lehrenzahnrad zum Abgreifen des Rundlaufs der Innenverzahnung des Bauteils, und eine Abgabespindel zur Übertragung des angegriffenen Rundlaufs von der Abgriffsspindel auf eine Messeinheit, wobei die Abgabespindel mittelbar oder unmittelbar an einem zweiten Ende des Abgriffsspindel, welches dem ersten Ende der Angriffsspindel gegenüberliegt, angeordnet ist, sowie - eine Spindelhalterung zumindest zum Halten und Positionieren der Abgriffsspindel oder der Abgabespindel, vorteilhaft der Spindeleinheit, - ein Verstellelement zumindest zum Positionieren wenigstens des mit der Abgriffsspindel verbundenen Lehrenzahnrades, und - die Messeinheit zum Vergleichen des abgegriffenen Rundlaufs mit Referenzwerten.

Le dispositif comprend au moins un segment de détermination permettant de déterminer un écart de concentricité et présente - un ensemble de broches comprenant une broche de prélèvement munie d'une roue dentée gabarit agencée à une première extrémité de la broche de prélèvement pour le prélèvement de la concentricité de la denture intérieure du composant, et une broche de remise pour la transmission de la concentricité prélevée de la broche de prélèvement à une unité de mesure, la broche de remise étant agencée directement ou indirectement à une seconde extrémité de la broche de prélèvement opposée à la première extrémité de la broche de prélèvement, et - un support de broche servant au moins à maintenir et à positionner la broche de prélèvement ou la broche de remise, avantageusement l’ensemble de broches, - un élément de réglage servant au moins à positionner la roue dentée gabarit reliée à la broche de prélèvement, et - l’unité de mesure servant à comparer la concentricité prélevée à des valeurs de référence.
