Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device for shaping coherent radiation of a laser source for the machining of material by means of at least one diffractive beam shaper. According to the invention, at least one first and one second laser source are provided for generating an intensity pattern in the far field, the first and the second laser sources being incoherent with respect to each other. The device according to the invention enables the generation of intensity patterns having structure sizes that are less than those that would correspond to twice the divergence angle of the laser source.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif pour former un rayonnement cohérent d'une source laser pour l'usinage de matériaux au moyen d'au moins un dispositif de formation de faisceau diffractif. Selon l'invention, au moins une première et une deuxième source laser sont prévues pour générer un motif d'intensité dans le champ lointain, cette première et cette deuxième source laser étant incohérentes l'une par rapport à l'autre. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de générer des motifs d'intensité présentant des tailles de structure qui sont inférieures à ce qui correspond au double de l'angle de divergence de la source laser.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Formung von kohärenter Strahlung einer Laserquelle zur Materialbearbeitung mittels zumindest einem diffraktiven Strahlformer. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass zumindest eine erste und eine zweite Laserquelle zur Erzeugung eines Intensitätsmusters im Fernfeld vorgesehen sind, wobei die erste und die zweite Laserquelle zueinander inkohärent sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ermöglicht die Erzeugung von Intensitätsmustern mit Strukturgrößen, die kleiner sind als dies dem doppelten des Divergenzwinkels der Laserquelle entspricht.
