Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an ultrasonic metal welding device and to a method for welding electrical conductors having a clearance space that is adjustable at least in height, which clearance space is delimited in opposite sides by a portion of a sonotrode as the first delimiting surface and by at least one portion of a counter electrode (156) as the second delimiting surface, the counter electrode and the sonotrode being adjusted relative to one another for welding. The type of counter electrode used is one that comprises portions (152, 154) of geometrically different working surfaces or consists of at least two portions that are adjustable relative to one another.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de soudage de métaux par ultrasons et un procédé pour souder des conducteurs électriques, avec un espace de compression au moins réglable en hauteur qui est délimité, au niveau de faces opposées, par une partie d'une sonotrode en tant que première surface de délimitation et au moins une partie d'une contre-électrode (156) en tant que deuxième surface de délimitation, la contre-électrode et la sonotrode pouvant être déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre à des fins de soudage. La contre-électrode utilisée comporte des parties (152, 154) de surfaces de travail géométriquement différentes, ainsi qu'au moins deux parties déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre.
(DE) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Ultraschallmetallchweißvorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zum Schweißen von elektrischen Leitern mit einem zumindest in Höhe verstellbaren Verdichtungsraum, der in gegenüberliegenden Seiten von einem Abschnitt einer Sonotrode als erste Begrenzungsfläche und von zumindest einem Abschnitt einer Gegenelektrode (156) als zweite Begrenzungsfläche begrenzt ist, wobei zum Schweißen die Gegenelektrode und die Sonotrode relativ zueinander verstellt werden. Als Gegenelektrode wird eine solche verwendet, die Abschnitte (152, 154) von geometrisch voneinander abweichenden Arbeitsflächen aufweist oder aus zumindest zwei zueinander verstellbaren Abschnitten besteht.
