Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to the use of a catalyst as a passive nitrogen oxide adsorber, which has a carrier substrate, a zeolite, palladium, and platinum, wherein the palladium is provided in a quantity of 0.01 to 10 wt.%, based on the sum of the weights of zeolite, platinum, and palladium and calculated as a palladium metal, and platinum in a quantity of 0.1 to 10 wt.%, based on the weight of the palladium and calculated as a platinum metal. The invention also relates to the use of said catalyst in connection with a SCR catalyst in an exhaust gas system.
(FR) L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un catalyseur en tant qu'adsorbeur passif d'oxyde d'azote, lequel comprend un substrat de support, une zéolite, du palladium et du platine, le palladium étant présent en des quantités de 0,01 à 10 % en poids rapportés à la somme des poids de la zéolite, du platine et du palladium et calculés en tant que métal de palladium, et le platine étant présent en des quantités de 0,1 à 10 % en poids rapportés au poids du palladium et calculés en tant que métal de platine. L'invention porte également sur l'utilisation de ce catalyseur en combinaison avec un catalyseur SCR dans un système d'échappement.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung eines Katalysators als Passiver Stickoxid-Adsorber, der ein Trägersubstrat, einen Zeolithen, Palladium und Platin umfasst, wobei Palladium in Mengen von 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Summe der Gewichte von Zeolith, Platin und Palladium und berechnet als Palladium-Metall, und Platin in Mengen von 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gewicht des Palladiums und berechnet als Platin-Metall, vorliegen, sowie die Verwendung dieses Katalysators in Verbindung mit einem SCR- Katalysator in einem Abgassystem.
