Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a composite material (1). Said material comprises 40% to 85% by volume of ceramic fillers (2) and 15% to 60% by volume of other constituents. The other constituents comprise at least one cement (3) and at least one polymer (4). The composite material may be used as a housing for a rechargeable battery and/or as a constituent of an electronic element, an electronic component or an electronic assembly. In a process for producing the composite material (1) a formulation containing 40% to 85% by volume of ceramic fillers (2), 14% to 59% by volume of at least one cement (3), 1% to 20% by volume of at least one polymer (4) and 0% to 2% by volume of additives is admixed with water and hydraulically set.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau composite (1). Celui-ci comprend 40 à 85 % en volume de charges céramiques (2) et 15 à 60 % en volume d'autres constituants. Les autres constituants comprennent au moins un ciment (3) et au moins un polymère (4). Ce matériau composite peut être utilisé comme boîtier pour un accumulateur et/ou comme partie constitutive d'un élément électronique, d'un composant électronique ou d'un module électronique. L’invention concerne également un procédé de production de ce matériau composite (1), selon lequel une formulation contenant 40 à 85 % en volume de charges céramiques (2), 14 à 59 % en volume d'au moins un ciment (3), 1 à 20 % en volume d'au moins un polymère (4) et 0 à 2 % en volume d'adjuvants est mélangée à de l'eau et soumise à une prise hydraulique.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verbundwerkstoff (1). Dieser weist 40 bis 85 Vol.-% keramische Füllstoffe (2) und 15 bis 60 Vol.-% weitere Bestandteile auf. Die weiteren Bestandteile umfassen mindestens einen Zement (3) und mindestens ein Polymer (4). Der Verbundwerkstoff kann als Gehäuse für einen Akkumulator und/oder als Bestandteil eines elektronischen Bauelements, eines elektronischen Bauteils oder einer elektronischen Baugruppe verwendet werden. In einem Verfahren zum Herstellen des Verbundwerkstoffs (1) wird eine Rezeptur, die 40 bis 85 Vol.-% keramische Füllstoffe (2), 14 bis 59 Vol.-% mindestens eines Zements (3), 1 bis 20 Vol.% mindestens eines Polymers (4), und 0 bis 2 Vol.% Zusatzstoffe enthält, mit Wasser versetzt wird und hydraulisch abgebunden.
