Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for transferring transported materials from at least one infeed conveyor (1) to an outfeed conveyor (31) in a transfer region (5), wherein the at least one infeed conveyor (1) comprises a conveyor element (101), driven along an infeed route, for conveying transported goods into the transfer region (5), and the outfeed conveyor (31) contains conveyor containers (62), movable along a transfer conveyor route, for receiving the transported materials delivered by the at least one infeed conveyor (1). The transported materials lying on the conveyor element (101) are accelerated relative to the conveyor element (101) along the infeed route to the transfer region (5) by an acceleration device and moved into a clock-synchronized parallel conveyance together with a conveyor container (62) of the outfeed conveyor (61) in order to deliver the transported materials.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé servant à transférer des articles à convoyer depuis au moins un convoyeur d'amenée (1) à un convoyeur de sortie (31) dans une zone de transfert (5). Le ou les convoyeurs d'amenée (1) comprennent un organe de convoyage (101) entraîné le long d'une voie de convoyage d'amenée, servant à convoyer des articles à convoyer dans la zone de transfert (5). Le convoyeur de sortie (31) contient des contenants de convoyage (62) pouvant être déplacés le long d'une ligne de convoyage de transfert, servant à réceptionner les articles à convoyer distribués par le ou les convoyeurs d'amenée (1). (DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Transferieren von Fördergütern von mindestens einem Zuförderer (1) an einen Wegförderer (31) in einem Transferbereich (5), wobei der mindestens eine Zuförderer (1) ein entlang einer Zuförderstrecke angetriebenes Förderorgan (101) zum Fördern von Fördergütern in den Transferbereich (5) umfasst, und der Wegförderer (31) entlang einer Transferförderstrecke bewegbare Förderbehälter (62) zur Übernahme der von dem mindestens einen Zuförderer (1) abgegebenen Fördergüter enthält. Die dem Förderorgan (101) aufliegenden Fördergüter werden entlang der Zuförderstrecke zum Transferbereich (5) hin über eine Beschleunigungseinrichtung relativ zum Förderorgan (101) beschleunigt und zwecks Abgabe der Fördergüter in eine taktsynchrone Nebeneinanderförderung mit einem Förderbehälter (62) des Wegförderers (61) gebracht.
