Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a rotor for an electrical machine and to the production of a rotor of this kind, more particularly to the mounting of magnetic means on the rotor. The rotor has radially outwardly projecting collars on its axial ends, with the permanent magnets being arranged concentrically between the collars. The sizes of the rotor and the permanent magnets are selected such that free areas or intermediate spaces are formed between the permanent magnets and the collars. During production of the rotor a liquid material is poured into these intermediate spaces and then solidifies. The material, for example a two-component adhesive, is selected such that it has a greater volume in the solid state than in the liquid state. This causes the permanent magnets to be held in place between the collars.
(FR) L'invention concerne un rotor pour une machine électrique et la fabrication d'un rotor de ce type, en particulier la fixation de moyens magnétiques sur le rotor. Le rotor comporte, sur ses extrémités axiales, des rebords ressortant radialement, les aimants permanents étant disposés au centre entre les rebords. Les dimensionnements du rotor et des aimants permanents sont tels que des zones ou des espaces intermédiaires libres se forment entre les aimants permanents et les rebords. Lors de la fabrication du rotor, un matériau dans l'état liquide, qui se solidifie ensuite, est transvasé dans lesdits espaces intermédiaires. Le matériau, ou une colle à deux composants, est choisi de telle manière qu'il présente dans un état solide un volume plus important que dans un état liquide. Cela a pour effet de coincer les aimants permanents entre les rebords.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rotor für eine elektrische Maschine und die Herstellung eines solchen Rotors, insbesondere die Befestigung von magnetischen Mitteln am Rotor. Der Rotor weist an seinen axialen Enden radial nach außen stehende Kragen auf, wobei die Permanentmagnete mittig zwischen den Kragen angeordnet werden. Die Dimensionierungen des Rotors und der Permanentmagnete sind derart, dass zwischen den Permanentmagneten und den Kragen freie Bereiche bzw. Zwischenräume gebildet sind. In diese Zwischenräume wird bei Herstellung des Rotors ein Material in flüssigem Zustand gefüllt, welches sich anschließend verfestigt. Das Material, bspw. ein Zweikomponentenkleber, ist derart gewählt, dass es in festem Zustand ein größeres Volumen aufweist als in flüssigem Zustand. Dies bewirkt ein Einklemmen der Permanentmagnete zwischen den Kragen.
