Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device and a method for separating and/or recovering silicate particles from plant material. This device and the method are characterized by an air classifier (3, 14), which has at least one material inlet (4), an air inlet (6), arranged under the material inlet (4), an air outlet (7) and at least one particle receptacle (8), arranged under the air outlet, wherein the plant particles recovered from plant material by crushing can be subjected to an air stream in the air classifier (3, 14) in such a way that silicate particles contained in the plant material are removed by the air stream via the air outlet (7) and, as a result of gravitational force, the plant particles are received by the particle receptacle (8) arranged under the air outlet (7) and taken away.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour la séparation et/ou la récupération de particules de silice d'une matière végétale. Ce dispositif ou le procédé sont caractérisés par un séparateur pneumatique (3, 14) qui comprend au moins une entrée de matière (4), une entrée d’air (6) disposée en dessous de l’entrée de matière (4), une sortie d’air (7) et au moins un dispositif de réception de particules (8) disposé en dessous de la sortie d’air, un flux d’air pouvant agir sur les particules végétales obtenues par le déchiquetage de la matière végétale dans le séparateur pneumatique (3, 14) de telle manière que les particules de silice contenues dans la matière végétale sont évacuées avec le flux d’air par la sortie d’air (7) et les particules végétales sont réceptionnées par gravité par le dispositif de réception de particules (8) disposé en dessous de la sortie d’air (7), et sont évacuées.
(DE) Es handelt sich um eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Abtrennung und/oder Gewinnung von Silikatpartikeln aus pflanzlichem Material. Diese Vorrichtung bzw. das Verfahren sind gekennzeichnet durch einen Windsichter (3, 14), der zumindest einen Materialeinlass (4), einen unterhalb des Materialeinlasses (4) angeordneten Lufteinlass (6), einen Luftauslass (7) und zumindest eine unterhalb des Luftauslasses angeordnete Partikelaufnahme (8) aufweist, wobei aus pflanzlichem Material durch Zerkleinerung gewonnene Pflanzenpartikel in dem Windsichter (3, 14) derart mit einem Luftstrom beaufschlagbar sind, dass in dem pflanzlichen Material enthaltene Silikatpartikel mit dem Luftstrom über den Luftauslass (7) abgeführt werden und die Pflanzenpartikel schwerkraftbedingt von der unterhalb des Luftauslasses (7) angeordneten Partikelaufnahme (8) aufgenommen und abgeführt werden.
