Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an injection device and a corresponding injection measurement method. The injection device is equipped with: a pin-like shell (3) for receiving a cartridge holder (2); an injection mechanism, which is provided in the pin-like shell (3) and which has a dosing sleeve (4), by means of which a dosing quantity to be injected can be predefined and which is designed in such a way that it performs a rotary movement during the injection; a selector apparatus (5a) connected to the dosing sleeve (4) for setting the dosing quantity to be injected; an injection button (6a) connected to the selector apparatus (5a) for applying an injection force; and an optical sensor apparatus (100-105) for detecting the rotary movement of the dosing sleeve (4) during the injection of the dosing quantity, which sensor apparatus has a signal processing apparatus (102) for determining and storing the injected dosing quantity on the basis of the detected rotary movement of the dosing sleeve (4). The injection button (6a) has a switch apparatus (101) sensor apparatus (100-105), by means of which the optical sensor apparatus (100-105) can be activated as the injection force is applied.
(FR) L'invention concerne une seringue d'injection ainsi qu'un procédé de mesure d'injection correspondant. La seringue d'injection est équipée de : un corps de seringue (3) de type tige pour recevoir un support de cartouche (2) ; une mécanique d'injection disposée dans le corps de seringue (3) de type tige, qui présente un cylindre de dosage (4) qui permet de prédéfinir un volume de dose à injecter et qui est conçu de manière telle qu'il exécute un mouvement de rotation lors de l'injection ; un dispositif de sélection (5a) associé au cylindre de dosage (4) et destiné au réglage du volume de dose à injecter ; un bouton d'injection (6a) associé au dispositif de sélection (5a) et permettant d'appliquer une force d'injection ; et un dispositif de capteur optique (100-105) pour détecter le mouvement de rotation du cylindre de dosage (4) pendant l'injection du volume de dose, qui présente un dispositif de traitement de signal (102) pour déterminer et enregistrer le volume de dose injecté sur la base du mouvement de rotation détecté du cylindre de dosage (4). Le bouton d'injection (6a) présente un dispositif de commutation (101) du dispositif de capteur (100-105) qui permet d'activer le dispositif de capteur optique (100-105) lors de l'application de la force d'injection.
(DE) Die Erfindung schafft eine Injektionsvorrichtung sowie ein entsprechendes Injektionsmessverfahren.Die Injektionsvorrichtung ist ausgestattet mit einer stiftartigen Hülle (3) zum Aufnehmen einer Kartuschenhalterung (2);einer in der stiftartigen Hülle (3) vorgesehenen Injektionsmechanik, welche eine Dosierhülse (4) aufweist, mittels der eine zu injizierende Dosiermenge vorgebbar ist und welche derart eingerichtet ist, dass sie beim Injizieren eine rotatorische Bewegung ausführt;einer mit der Dosierhülse (4) verbundenen Wähleinrichtung (5a) zum Einstellen der zu injizierenden Dosismenge; einem mit der Wähleinrichtung (5a) verbundenen Injektionsknopf (6a) zum Aufbringen einer Injektionskraft; und einer optischen Sensoreinrichtung (100-105) zum Erfassen der rotatorischen Bewegung der Dosierhülse (4) während des Injizierens der Dosismenge, welche eine Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (102) zum Ermitteln und Speichern der injizierten Dosismenge basierend auf der erfassten rotatorischen Bewegung der Dosierhülse (4) aufweist. Der Injektionsknopf (6a) weist eine Schaltereinrichtung (101) Sensoreinrichtung (100-105) auf, mittels welcher die optische Sensoreinrichtung (100-105) beim Aufbringen der Injektionskraft aktivierbar ist.
