Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an installation for producing glued plant particles, in particular from annual plants (e.g. straw), in order to produce boards, e.g. fibreboards or chipboards, having at least one comminuting apparatus (2) for comminuting plant-based starting material to form scatterable plant particles, and having a gluing apparatus (15) for gluing the plant particles. This installation is characterized in that at least one first screening apparatus (3) for separating silicate particles from the plant particles is arranged between the comminuting apparatus (2) and the gluing apparatus (15).
(FR) L'invention concerne une installation pour produire des particules végétales encollées, en particulier à partir de plantes annuelles (par ex. paille), pour produire des plaques, par exemple des plaques de fibres ou des plaques de copeaux, comprenant au moins un dispositif de broyage (2) destiné à broyer une matière végétale de départ pour produire des particules végétales épandables, et un dispositif d'encollage (15) servant à encoller les particules végétales. L'installation selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'entre le dispositif de broyage (2) et le dispositif d'encollage (15) est agencé au moins un premier dispositif de séparation (3) destiné à séparer les particules de silicate se trouvant dans les particules végétales.
(DE) Es handelt sich um eine Anlage zur Herstellung von beleimten Pflanzenpartikeln, insbesondere aus Einjahrespflanzen (z. B. Stroh), für die Herstellung von Platten, z. B. Faserplatten oder Spanplatten, mit zumindest einer Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung (2) zur Zerkleinerung von pflanzlichem Ausgangsmaterial zu streufähigen Pflanzenpartikeln und mit einer Beleimungsvorrichtung (15) zum Beieimen der Pflanzenpartikel. Diese Anlage ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung (2) und der Beleimungsvorrichtung (15) zumindest eine erste Sichtvorrichtung (3) zum Separieren von Silikatpartikeln aus den Pflanzenpartikeln angeordnet ist.
