Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for leakage detection in a device (1) for shaping container preforms, comprising a compressed air system connected to a compressed air source (3) and having at least two regions which are fluidically connected and can be separated from one another and/or from the environment by means of blocking elements. The method involves an automatically performed leakage test run, in which at least one of the blocking elements and/or the compressed air supply is directed into the compressed air system in such a way that it can be separately determined for each region whether compressed air is escaping.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour la détection de fuites dans un dispositif (1) destiné au formage de préformes de récipients, comprenant un système à air comprimé, qui est raccordé à une source d'air comprimé (3), et au moins deux zones en communication fluidique et pouvant être séparées l'une de l'autre et/ou par rapport à l'environnement au moyen d'éléments de blocage. Le procédé comprend un trajet de test de fuite réalisé automatiquement, dans lequel au moins l'un des éléments de blocage et/ou l'alimentation en air comprimé dans le système à air comprimé est/sont commandé(e)(s) de manière telle que l'échappement éventuel d'air comprimé peut être déterminé pour chaque zone séparément.´
(DE) Die Erfindung stellt ein Verfahren zur Leckage-Erkennung in einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Umformen von Behälter-Vorformlingen umfassend ein Druckluftsystem, das an eine Druckluftquelle (3) angeschlossen ist und mindestens zwei fluidisch verbundene und mittels Absperrelementen voneinander und/oder von der Umgebung abtrennbare Bereiche umfasst, bereit. Das Verfahren umfasst eine automatisch durchgeführte Leckage-Prüffahrt, bei der mindestens eines der Absperrelemente und/oder die Druckluftzufuhr in das Druckluftsystem derart gesteuert werden, dass für jeden Bereich separat bestimmbar ist, ob daraus Druckluft entweicht.
