Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a treatment unit (1) for containers (2), said treatment unit being designed in particular for a UV post-treatment of directly printed containers (2). The treatment unit (1) comprises an irradiating tunnel (3) with a transport means (4) for the containers (2) and lamps (5) arranged along the transport means (4) for the UV irradiation of the containers (2). Additionally, an inlet-side viewing shield tunnel (7) and/or an outlet-side viewing shield tunnel (8) is provided, each of which adjoins the irradiating tunnel (3) and has an inlet direction (13) or an outlet direction (14) for the containers (2), said direction deviating from a transport direction (9, 10) in the region (11, 12) adjoining the irradiating tunnel (3). Thus, undesired stray treatment radiation cannot exit on direct paths through an inlet-side entrance (16) or an outlet-side exit (14) of the viewing shield tunnel (7, 8). Furthermore, radiation traps can be arranged in the viewing shield tunnel (7, 8) in a simple manner. This allows a compact and effective shield against treatment radiation relevant to work protection.
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité de traitement (1) de récipients (2) qui est notamment réalisée en vue d'un post-traitement aux UV de récipients (2) directement imprimés. L'unité de traitement (1) comprend un tunnel d'irradiation (3) avec un moyen de transport (4) pour les récipients (2) et avec des lampes (5) disposées le long du moyen de transport (4) pour l'irradiation aux UV des récipients (2). En outre, il est prévu un tunnel de protection visuelle du côté de l'entrée (7) et/ou un tunnel de protection visuelle du côté de la sortie (8), qui se raccordent à chaque fois au tunnel d'irradiation (3) et présentent une direction d'entrée (13) ou une direction de sortie (14) pour les récipients (2) qui sont différentes d'une direction de transport (9, 10) dans la région de raccordement (11, 12) au tunnel d'irradiation (3). De ce fait, un rayonnement de traitement vagabond indésirable ne peut pas sortir par voie directe à travers une entrée du côté de l'entrée (16) ou une sortie du côté de la sortie (14) du tunnel de protection visuelle (7, 8). En outre, des pièges à rayonnement peuvent être disposés de manière simple dans le tunnel de protection visuelle (7, 8). Ceci permet une protection compacte et efficace contre le rayonnement de traitement en rapport avec la protection au travail.
(DE) Beschrieben wird eine Behandlungseinheit (1) für Behälter (2), die insbesondere zur UV-Nachbehandlung direkt bedruckter Behälter (2) ausgebildet ist. Die Behandlungseinheit (1) umfasst einen Bestrahlungstunnel (3) mit einem Transportmittel (4) für die Behälter (2) und mit entlang des Transportmittels (4) angeordneten Lampen (5) zur UV-Bestrahlung der Behälter (2). Ferner ist ein eingangsseitiger Sichtschutztunnel (7) und/oder ein ausgangsseitiger Sichtschutztunnel (8) vorhanden, der jeweils an den Bestrahlungstunnel (3) anschließt und eine von einer Transsportrichtung (9, 10) im Anschlussbereich (11, 12) zum Bestrahlungstunnel (3) abweichende Einlaufrichtung (13) bzw. Auslaufrichtung (14) für die Behälter (2) aufweist. Dadurch kann unerwünscht vagabundierende Behandlungsstrahlung nicht auf direktem Wege durch einen einlaufseitigen Eingang (16) bzw. einen auslaufseitigen Ausgang (14) des Sichtschutztunnels (7, 8) austreten. Ferner lassen sich Strahlungsfallen auf einfache Weise in dem Sichtschutztunnel (7, 8) anordnen. Dies ermöglicht eine kompakte und effektive Abschirmung von für den Arbeitsschutz relevanter Behandlungsstrahlung.
