Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a composite material which has UV-active fluorescent colouring agents between individual elastomer layers, and to the use of the composite material for the simple detection of wear or damage in transportation belts or automobile components. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the composite material and to a device for detecting damage or wear in the composite material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau composite comprenant, entre des couches élastomères individuelles, un colorant fluorescent actif aux UV, ainsi que l'utilisation du matériau composite pour réaliser une détection simple d'une usure ou de détériorations sur des bandes transporteuses ou des pièces automobiles. Cette invention concerne en outre un procédé pour produire ce matériau composite, et un dispositif pour détecter des détériorations ou une usure dans le matériau composite.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kompositwerkstoff, welcher zwischen einzelnen elastomeren Lagen UV-aktive Fluoreszenzfarbmittel aufweist sowie die Verwendung des Kompositwerkstoffs zum einfachen Erkennen von Verschleiß oder Beschädigungen in Transportbändern oder automobilen Bauteilen. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Kompositwerkstoffs sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Detektion von Schäden oder Verschleiß in dem Kompositwerkstoff.
