Title (EN) MULTISPECIFIC ANTIBODIES SPECIFICALLY BINDING TO ZIKA VIRUS EPITOPES AND USES THEREOF
(FR) ANTICORPS MULTISPÉCIFIQUES SE LIANT SPÉCIFIQUEMENT AUX ÉPITOPES DU VIRUS ZIKA ET LEURS UTILISATIONS
Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to multispecific antibodies, and antigen binding fragments thereof, that specifically bind to distinct Zika virus epitopes and potently neutralize infection of ZIKV. The invention also relates to nucleic acids that encode such antibodies and antibody fragments. In addition, the invention relates to the use of the antibodies and antibody fragments of the invention in prophylaxis and treatment of ZIKV infection.
