Abstract

An easy-mounting stent device for peripheral leakage prevention and a processing method thereof, a skirt folding method, and a heart valve. The stent device comprises a stent (1) and a flexible skirt (2), the skirt (2) having an expanded state, in which the skirt is axially extended and surrounds the stent (1) before release thereof; and a folded state, in which the skirt is driven by the deformation caused when the stent (1) is released, collapses and folds axially along the released stent (1) so as to form an annular peripheral leakage-blocking portion. The peripheral leakage prevention technology enables an interventional stent to fit to the inner wall of a vessel more snugly, such that the stent does not easily move and is more stable, thereby being suitable for more people, reducing additional risks of surgery and preventing complications such as peripheral leakage and thrombus. The present invention can provide better blood dynamics, increase the crawling capability of endothelial cells of a host, reduce the probability of occurrence of endocarditis, and restore a normal blood supply functionality of vessels.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de stent facile à monter pour la prévention de fuite périphérique et son procédé de traitement, un procédé de pliage de jupe, et une valvule cardiaque. Le dispositif de stent comprend un stent (1) et une jupe (2) souple, la jupe (2) ayant un état expansé, dans lequel la jupe est étendue axialement et entoure le stent (1) avant sa libération; et un état plié, dans lequel la jupe est entraînée par la déformation provoquée lorsque le stent (1) est libéré, s'effondre et se plie axialement le long du stent (1) libéré de façon à former une partie de blocage de fuite périphérique annulaire. La technologie de prévention de fuite périphérique permet à un stent interventionnel de s'adapter plus étroitement à la paroi interne d'un vaisseau, de telle sorte que le stent ne bouge pas facilement et est plus stable, ce qui est approprié pour plus de personnes, réduisant les risques supplémentaires de chirurgie et empêchant des complications telles qu'une fuite périphérique et un thrombus. La présente invention peut fournir une meilleure dynamique du sang, augmenter la capacité de migration de cellules endothéliales d'un hôte, réduire la probabilité d'apparition d'endocardite, et restaurer une fonctionnalité normale d'alimentation en sang des vaisseaux.

一种便于装载的防周漏支架装置及加工方法、裙边褶皱方法、心脏瓣膜,支架装置包括支架(1),还设有柔性的裙边(2),该裙边(2)具有:铺展状态,轴向伸展且围在释放前支架(1)的外周;堆叠状态,受支架(1)释放时的形变所驱动、沿释放后支架(1)的轴向收拢堆叠且构成环形的周漏封堵部。采用防周漏技术使介入支架与血管内壁更吻合,支架不易移位且更稳定,扩大适用人群范围,降低手术附加风险,防治周漏和血栓等并发症。提供了更好的血液动力学性能,增强了宿主内皮细胞爬覆功能,减少心内膜炎的发生概率,恢复心、血管正常供血功能。
