Abstract

An anti-perivalvular leakage stent apparatus having a membrane, a processing method therefor, a skirt (2, 107) pleating method, and a cardiac valve. The stent apparatus comprises a stent (1, 105), and is further provided with a flexible skirt (2, 107). The skirt (2, 107) comprises: an unfolded state, where the skirt extends axially and surround the periphery of the stent (1, 105) before release; and a stacked state, where the skirt is driven by deformation during release of the stent (1, 105), and gathers and is stacked along an axial direction of the released stent (1, 105) to form an annular perivalvular leakage blocking part. Based on the perivalvular leakage prevention technology, an interventional stent is more fitted with the lining of the blood vessels, so that the stent would not easily be migrated and is more stable, the scope of the applicable population is expanded, additional surgical risks are lowered, and perivalvular leakage, thrombi and other complications are prevented. Better hemodynamic performance is provided, the coverage function of endothelial cells of the host is enhanced, the probability of occurrence of endocarditis is lowered, and the normal blood supply function of the heart and blood vessels is recovered.

L'invention concerne un appareil d'endoprothèse anti-fuite périvalvulaire pourvu d'une membrane, une méthode de traitement associée, un procédé de plissage de jupe (2, 107) et une valve cardiaque. L'appareil d'endoprothèse comprend une endoprothèse (1, 105), et est en outre pourvu d'une jupe souple (2, 107). La jupe (2, 107) est caractérisée par : un état déplié, où la jupe s'étend axialement et entoure la périphérie de l'endoprothèse (1, 105) avant libération; et un état empilé, où la jupe est entraînée par déformation pendant la libération de l'endoprothèse (1, 105), se fronce et s'empile le long d'un sens axial de l'endoprothèse libérée (1, 105) pour former une partie de blocage anti-fuite périvalvulaire annulaire. Sur la base de ladite technologie anti-fuites périvalvulaires, une endoprothèse d'intervention s'adapte mieux à la paroi des vaisseaux sanguins, de sorte que l'endoprothèse ne migre pas facilement et est plus stable, la portée de la population éligible est étendue, des risques chirurgicaux supplémentaires sont réduits, et les fuites périvalvulaires, les thrombus et autres complications sont empêchés. Une meilleure performance hémodynamique est obtenue, la fonction de couverture des cellules endothéliales de l'hôte est améliorée, la probabilité d'apparition d'endocardite est abaissée, et la fonction normale d'alimentation du cœur et des vaisseaux sanguins en sang est récupérée.

一种具有覆膜的防周漏支架装置及加工方法、裙边褶皱方法、心脏瓣膜,支架装置包括支架(1,105),还设有柔性的裙边(2,107),该裙边(2,107)具有:铺展状态,轴向伸展且围在释放前支架(1,105)的外周;堆叠状态,受支架(1,105)释放时的形变所驱动、沿释放后支架(1,105)的轴向收拢堆叠且构成环形的周漏封堵部。采用防周漏技术使介入支架与血管内壁更吻合,支架不易移位且更稳定,扩大适用人群范围,降低手术附加风险,防治周漏和血栓等并发症。提供了更好的血液动力学性能,增强了宿主内皮细胞爬覆功能,减少心内膜炎的发生概率,恢复心、血管正常供血功能。
