(ZH) 乙烯的制造方法
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for producing ethylene, comprising steps of: (1) catalytically cracking a hydrocarbon feedstock to obtain a first stream comprising propylene; (2) separating the first stream to obtain a C3 component stream; and (3) disproportionating the C3 component stream to obtain an ethylene stream. The process for producing ethylene of the present invention can greatly reduce overall energy consumption of a production process while obtaining polymerization grade ethylene and can also increase total ethylene yield.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'éthylène, comprenant les étapes consistant à : (1) procéder au craquage catalytique d'une charge d'alimentation d'hydrocarbures pour obtenir un premier flux comprenant du propylène ; (2) séparer le premier flux pour obtenir un flux de composants en C3 ; et (3) procéder à une dismutation du flux de composants en C3 afin d'obtenir un flux d'éthylène. Le procédé de production d'éthylène selon la présente invention peut réduire de manière considérable la consommation d'énergie globale d'un procédé de production tout en obtenant de l'éthylène en qualité de polymérisation et peut également augmenter le rendement total de l'éthylène.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种乙烯的制造方法,包括以下步骤:(1)催化裂解原料烃,获得包含丙烯的第一物流;(2)分离所述第一物流,获得C3组分物流;和(3)歧化所述C3组分物流,获得乙烯物流。本发明的乙烯制造方法在获得聚合级乙烯的同时,可大幅降低制造方法的整体能耗,同时乙烯总收率也得以提高。
