Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure provides an organic electroluminescent display substrate, comprising: a substrate, a display region, a transition region, a package thin film and a through hole extending from the display region to the transition region. The display region includes an insulation layer disposed on the substrate and an organic electroluminescent device disposed on the insulation layer. The transition region includes: a recess running through the insulation layer and a redundant layer disposed on the substrate and located within the recess. The size of an opening of at least a portion of the recess that is away from a side of the substrate is not greater than the size of an opening that is adjacent to a side of the substrate. The redundant layer is made of the same material as at least one layer of the organic electroluminescent device, and the redundant layer is disconnected from the organic electroluminescent device. The package thin film covers the organic electroluminescent device and the recess. In a region corresponding to the recess, the through hole runs through the package thin film, the redundant layer, and the substrate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un substrat d'afficheur électroluminescent organique, comprenant : un substrat, une région d'affichage, une région de transition, un film mince d'emballage et un trou traversant qui s'étend de la région d'affichage à la région de transition. La région d'affichage comprend une couche d'isolation disposée sur le substrat et un dispositif électroluminescent organique disposé sur la couche d'isolation. La région de transition comprend : un évidement qui s'étend à travers la couche d'isolation et une couche redondante disposée sur le substrat et située à l'intérieur de l'évidement. La taille d'une ouverture d'au moins une portion de l'évidement qui est éloignée d'un côté du substrat n'est pas supérieure à la taille d'une ouverture qui est adjacente à un côté du substrat. La couche redondante est constituée du même matériau qu'au moins une couche du dispositif électroluminescent organique, et la couche redondante est déconnectée du dispositif électroluminescent organique. Le film mince d'emballage recouvre le dispositif électroluminescent organique et l'évidement. Dans une région correspondant à l'évidement, le trou traversant s'étend à travers le film mince d'emballage, la couche redondante et le substrat.
